By scheduling services through our website or contacting us directly, you agree to engage Signature Home Media for the requested services. Our services will be provided as described on our website and will be subject to the details outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

3. Pricing and Payment
All pricing for services is listed on our website or quoted directly via email or phone. Payment is due on the day of service and must be made in full before any assets (photos, videos, tours, etc.) are delivered. We accept payments through our secure third-party payment processor. Any payment not made in a timely manner may result in a delay in delivery of assets.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations
To schedule a session, clients must book an appointment through our website or contact us directly. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5. Delivery of Media
We aim to deliver media assets, including photos, videos, and tours, within 24 hours or sooner from the scheduled appointment. Delivery times may vary depending on service complexity or volume. Signature Home Media is not liable for delays caused by technical issues or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Use of Content
All media assets provided by Signature Home Media are licensed to the client for use in marketing, promotional, and real estate-related activities. Clients may not redistribute, resell, or alter the assets without permission. Signature Home Media retains the right to use any media for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property to be photographed or filmed is accessible, clean, and ready for the scheduled session. Signature Home Media is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the client's failure to prepare the property.

8. Copyright and Ownership
All intellectual property, including but not limited to images, video footage, and 3D tours, remains the property of Signature Home Media until payment is made in full. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the media for their intended purpose, subject to the limitations outlined in this agreement.

9. Liability Limitations
Signature Home Media is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays related to the use of our services or media content. We make every effort to ensure the quality of our work, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10. Third-Party Drone Services
Signature Home Media partners with All Star Drone Imagery (https://allstardroneimagery.com) for drone photography and videography services. All drone services are provided by this third-party vendor, and Signature Home Media is not liable for any damages, accidents, or issues that may arise from the use of drone services, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury. By requesting drone services, you acknowledge and accept that Signature Home Media is not responsible for any risks associated with these services and agree to hold Signature Home Media harmless from any claims arising from drone-related activities.

11. Liability for Accidental Damage
While Signature Home Media takes every precaution to avoid any damage during photography and videography sessions, we cannot be held liable for any accidental damage that may occur to property, furnishings, or structures while on-site. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree that Signature Home Media is not responsible for any unintentional damage that may occur during the course of our work. We make every effort to ensure that all property is treated with the utmost care and respect, but by using our services, you agree to release Signature Home Media from any claims related to accidental damage.

12. Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Amendments
