Professional quality doesn't have to be complicated. This core package provides 25 to 50 high-resolution HDR images, giving your listing a premium look without the premium price tag.

This package provides the core essentials for a market-ready listing. It includes professional HDR photography
(25 to 50 images), a native Zillow 3D Home® Tour for a search result boost, and the floor plan with measurements that buyers demand.

Plus
This tier includes everything in the Essential package plus a cinematic walkthrough video. We provide a stabilized 4K video tour optimized for social media engagement and the MLS to give your listing a modern edge.

Our gold standard package includes everything in the Plus tier along with the "Sky-High" drone package. We utilize FAA-certified aerial photography and video to capture the full scope of the property and neighborhood.

To maintain our Signature quality and 24-hour turnaround for distant listings, we reserve Fridays for properties 100+ miles outside our local zone. To make these trips efficient for our clients, we only offer our highest-tier service for regional travel.

Why Is Local Scheduling Limited to Monday–Thursday?
- We’ve optimized our schedule to match the rhythm of the West Michigan market. We prioritize local Grand Rapids listings Monday through Thursday so your media is ready for those critical "Thursday Night or Friday Morning" go-live times.
- Fridays are reserved for long-range regional travel. This keeps our local availability wide open when you need it most during the week.
- If a local Friday shoot is absolutely critical for your listing, please call or text us directly. We will try to accommodate local appointments in the Friday afternoon window once our regional tour is complete.
